• Auto pilot as what Jesus wants us to do
• Wait for God to move?
• God to move though you - rather than getting out of the way so God bypasses you
• Think talk/ act/ speak like Jesus did
• Not bcs of indoctrination
  • to a point where we KNOW what is right
  • goal not to learn 1000 techniques but to internalize the princples of God's word so we automatically know what to do
• Example: Confession with mouth but not in Spirit - Do you KNOW Jesus/Will Jesus know you?
  • Ex: Pray automatically, react before thought, a natural reaction
  • Draw a child back from stepping onto road
• And we need to have that relationship with Christ - someone else's heart?
• Determine the will of God - by DOING the right thing
• Not to void your mind
• Instrinscally engrained into out spirit

Keys to Spiritual Power

• Power of God is mechanical
• Once said - it's done, law, light be
  Example: Moses struck the rock/You have not hallowed my name...

Numbers 20:11–12 (KJV 1900)
11 And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also. 12 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

Amazing: Moses wrong to keep him out of the promised land - but the Word of God still stood->Water was drawn
Modern theology: He shoudn't have gotten the water:
if its not God's will - it's not supposed to happen
I prayed for this person - must not be God's will: LIE
God's will is not automatically done - otherwise God would be responsible for so many to go to hell
In this manner shall ye pray:
It is not God's will that people shall perish... Timothey

We are co-laborers with God to bring about His will

How do I know God's Will?
To do that, 1st mind renewed to know what God's will is. Work with God rather than puppet
But man wants to short his responsibility and make God respobsible for everything

So they can step back - it ain't my fault

Take responsiblity - healing, ministry, praying

HUNGER

Start of everything with God is the desire.

Matthew 5:3–11 (KJV 1900)
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

• Blessed part not hungering - but filled
• Blessed -> why -> Comforted
• As long as hunger/not filled/Want to be filled
• Natural analogies to give spiritual truths
• John Chapter 4: Anyone who drinks this water will never be thirsty again
• Filled with righteousness
• Desire/hunger
• Not the same hunger - become His righeteousness

Now I desire not to be filled to do His will.

How to develop the desire to be filled: With Discipline / disciples...
No Discipline not a discpiple of Christ

• Do things you don't want to do:
  Eat when you don't want to - grow spiritually - purposefully condition oneself
• Go vist an elderly person
• Clean the house
• Not watch that film or soap
• Read the word of God
• Pray
  • Minister
• Help
  Getting credit for it...
  Create desire/hunger

Feeding on the Word of God

• Read find out what's going on
  • Study go back - take it apart inline word by word -
    • Meditate for revelation meditate- muttering - chewing it t release

Segment 5

Communion with God

• Talking prayer most people - predicated by crisis - the worse - the faster and longer you talk
• Listening prayer Shut up - let God talk to you: Telephone example Phon rings, Hello, yea, but hm... Talk to you later
• Who are you talking to: Nobody - didn't get to talk -
• Practsing the presence of God
• Be still and know that I am God
  • sense of condemnation - arms length,
  • sense God, feel his presence

But God is not about feeling.
It's about making a decision to have faith - to love God.
Emotions are fickle. A movie can make yo laugh and cry within minutes - But the Word of God stands. Not emotion and gold dust.

If we go by feelings, the enemy will make sure just begfore you pray or do something - he will deflate your emotions. How foolish to think that the power of God woud rise or lower dependent upon our emotions?

GOD'S power not dependent on emotions.
