In the previous chapter Yen realized after drinking coffee that he was sedated and some men entered his room.
When Yen wakes up, he realizes that he is in a tied up bed, his vision is still blurred and he does not understand where he is. The room is white and very well lit, there is no one around and it is very cold.
Outside the room you can see in through a closed circuit system. A microphone and a complicated panel with buttons and controls is part of what you see on site. A man approaches the microphone and speaks to Yen.
Yen still dazed by the sedative is babbling.
In the control room, Mr. Fonne appears, the operator mutes at the microphone.
Yen is confused, he doesn't know why he's in that place. He also doesn't know how they got access to his house to put sedatives in his coffee.
Mr. Fonne is instructing that everything be arranged for Yen's arrival at his "home" in an old company dome that was adapted to kidnap Yen and make him believe he is a special elite military man sent to work undercover for Neutron Enterprises to bring down the Fonne government and its allies.
In the room where Yen is, two women and a man in pressure suits enter. They take off the straps that kept him tied to the bed and help him to stand up, they move him to a shower where he is bathed with a radioactive green gel. He is given clothes, shoes and a gun that doesn't really work, a badge with his name on it and different pins as if he were a general with a lot of rank.
An officer accompanies Yen to lunch and takes the opportunity to continue the speech.
