Hello friends, today I would like to talk a little about my favorite sport, Karate, originally from Japan during the 16th century. It has a certain martial arts techniques such as Kendo, Judo, and eventually Aikido. Today's karate is characterized mainly by the use of fist punches, blocks, kicks and open hand beats, where different techniques receive various names.

Personally I can attest that this beautiful sport is one of the most complete in all aspects, be it in personal defense, in physical practice and in the tranquility it gives you as a person..

The practice uniform (gi) used in karate is the keikogi or karategi, (gi = suit) consisting of a jacket, pants and a belt. The karategi is derived from the judogi, we can say that the officer is similar but with all the representative insignia of your dojo and the rank that you have in the specialty.
