Okay, so a while back, the OCD community decided to convert its OCDB account to a curation bot of sorts. Before that, it was doing it through delegations(?) or something to that effect. Now, if you use the hashtag posh (at least on twitter, and I presume here—that part I've not been overly clear on), then there's a chance that the ODCB account will land on the post, too. They're looking to spread the word about HIVE (and still STEEM, too) via other social media, so I guess they figure they should incentivize it.
