Hi, my friends in the photography lovers community. This time I will share one of my photos when I shoot with a friend as a model. The theme is, of course, casual. Maybe for some friends, the theme of this casual-style photo shoot is very dull, but I don't think so.
Shooting with a casual theme is one of the straightforward themes. You don't need to use a lot of properties like professional shooting in general. However, in my opinion, shooting with a casual theme aims to train our instincts in directing style and practice how to convey words to models. With the end goal, when faced with a professional model, we will be more flexible in conveying what we want.
In addition, we can also practice seeing highlights and shadows. My weakness in taking pictures is that I can't produce good photos using available light. Because in my opinion, we have to find the correct position to produce good photos, not flat. It is different when I use artificial light, I can set it according to the photo theme I want, so this is a challenge. Here are the results of the photo session with Fika.
Some of the other photos were taken indoors and only took advantage of the light from the lamp. It is pretty tricky because, again, I have to increase the ISO on the camera so that the results are good enough. What do you think? Have you practiced photography today?
