So without wasting time let's move towards the procedure.
First I sharing the final look of the character.
The materials I used to make this digital fanart is ibispaint x software and a mobile phone.
Procedure:
First I started by outlining the character. I started by outlining the face of the character. Then, I made its facial features. After that, I drew the outline of the its crown and then I descended down to make the outline of its body. So, I drew its arms and hands. After that, I drew the outline of its shirt and then, I drew its trousers and shoes. Lastly, I made a stick in its hand. In this way, I completed the outlines of the character.
After completing the outlines I started coloring the character. First, I colored the skin of the character means its face and hands. Then, I colored its eyes and eyebrows. After that, I colored its crown and stick. Lastly I colored its outfit.
Then, I create another layer and startes to add shades in it. First I added shades in its outfit. Then, I added some shades in its crown and stick.
Lastly, I selected the background.
