Not only do I like your post, but I agree with the direction for healthy living and the importance of food with fiber. I once let my child eat only meat, sausages, nuggets, instant noodles and as a result my child developed typhoid symptoms and was hospitalized twice. Hopefully what happened to me will not happen to my Asean hive brothers, amen.
