Watch out because life will throw your way some lemons
Others handle it well and for some, it reveals their inner demons
Life won't always be favourable to us that's the truth
You will be led to the wolves more often than you'd like
We should build strength through our many troubles
It doesn't have to be a perfect walk because you will wobble
It's okay to wobble, it's okay to fall and rise again
Falling might be forced upon you but rising is within your control
When life throws you down, land on your back, I'd say
If you can look up, you can get up and pray
Never allow what you go through to dictate your mood
Never allow things to get you down so much that you lose strength
Let them wonder how you have evolved when they tried to bury you
You are a seed and the more they tried to bury you, the more you germinate
Life would never be perfect and there won't be perfect moments
Situations would threaten to boil and spillover
As we would run around for safety and a cover
Sometimes you will find a foe in a lover
Despite all the love you have for them showered
There would never be a perfect moment every time
Learn to rise above whatever life throws at you
The stones and dirt won't stop coming and piling up
Shake them off and use them to move a step further
It's never going to be that easy but that's the way to go
We need to accept the things we cannot control
While we focus on sorting out the things within our grasp
