Mine is the most debated fruit ever--DURIAN! Some people regard durian as having a pleasantly sweet fragrance, whereas others find the aroma overpowering with a stinky odor. The smell evokes reactions from deep appreciation to intense disgust, and has been described variously as rotten onions, turpentine, raw sewage, and even gas leak! Now you know why it is the most debated fruit! Hahaha! 馃槀
BUT, a big "BUT," I belong to some few who are drooling with just the smell of it. And I'm soooooo glad to be on that side. I even remember a time that I thanked Jehovah God for giving me a tastebud that loves durian! Oh, what a life!!! 馃挄
So, whenever we went to the south of the country, where durian grows best, it is a must to have some.
And the last time we went there, we literally consumed everything in the first picture, placed on a big fruit basket, which we call "kaing," and enjoyed a big feast to our heart's desire!!!
I L鉂E DURIAN! And I love it no matter what other people say. 馃お馃馃榿
