Have you ever heard the story about the rocks and the sand that fills up a bottle? In between the rocks in the bottle there are open spaces that can be filled up with sand to completely fill up the bottle. When the bottle is completely filled up with sand there is no space left. Not even for a drop of water. Nothing can be added to the bottle or the bottle will overflow.
We as humans do exactly the same thing. We have so much on our plates and then we continue to want to do more. Our basket of eggs are filled to the rim but we take on more and more until the eggs don't fit anymore. When it gets too much we get angry and frustrated and sometimes we just give up.
An easy solution will be to just remove some of the eggs from the basket or just to put them in a different order so that they actually do fit in the basket.
There are only 24 hours in a day. You can only do so much, so it is important to prioritize and to make space for things that are important.
Don't overload yourself. You will burn out at some point. Tomorrow is another day.
What makes up your day? Which are the rocks and which part is the sand?
Figure it out so you can live a balanced life.
