Today wasn't about doing something big. It was about not letting the whole day pass sitting in one place.
The morning started with a relaxed walk, followed by some light jogging and a few simple exercises. Nothing intense, but enough to wake up properly and give the day a little momentum.
After that, the usual daily activities kept me moving in small bursts. I took a short walk after lunch to stretch my legs and get some fresh air, then went out again after dinner for a slower evening walk. Those little breaks felt surprisingly refreshing, especially after spending time indoors.
When I finally checked my tracker, it showed 10k steps.
I've noticed that movement feels much easier when I don't treat every walk like a workout. Sometimes it's just stepping outside after a meal, taking the longer route, or giving yourself ten quiet minutes away from a screen. None of these moments feels significant on its own, but together they can completely change how active the day becomes.
What's the easiest way for you to get a little extra movement into an ordinary day?
