Comparing both approaches to inequality in wealth and income in modern society, I would say that much depends on immediate environment and conditions a person lives. Few people can change the reality they live in. However, history still knows notable names that made millionaires out of dire poverty. This means that much depends on us as well. Accepting inequality as the unchanging state of affairs will mean losing one’s chance for success in life. Only while we continue fighting for our future, the opportunity will knock our door one day. Indeed, inequality is socio-economic phenomenon most people perceive by default. However, this does not mean that a person with poor background should take his/her life as is and refuse to succeed. On the other hand, many people with strong backgrounds end in poverty failing to understand that much depends on their attitude to life. While most of the world lives in inequality, I believe that everyone has at least a slightest chance to fight for better future.
