My other self, who lives in a parallel universe, has told me that he has been called to make a presentation to a large group of social leaders and has been asked to present solutions to unemployment, illiteracy, homelessness, animal cruelty, and organized crime.

The solution to unemployment, illiteracy, homelessness, and animal cruelty is to focus on skills development. This will also provide much-needed skilled labor and increase employment opportunities.

We need to invest in education by providing it free of charge up to the university level so that everyone can train and work.

The solution to organized crime is to increase police funding. Currently, the world allocates a very limited budget for police officers and it is essential that we begin to increase this funding.

All of these problems that are raised have practically one root as a solution. If we can eliminate unemployment and illiteracy, we can stop the spread of homelessness and cruelty to animals.

Yes, believe it or not, lack of education generates mental illnesses, not to say vices and bad behavior that can lead to many problems, including homelessness and cruelty to animals.

One in five people suffers from some form of mental illness each year. Moreover, if animals are mistreated, who's to say they won't attack their neighbor?

Organized crime spreads drugs that cause these problems, so if we can stop them from doing so, we will have taken a big step towards a solution.

The creation of new businesses, the creation of jobs through the development of new technologies, and the construction of schools to educate the poor are some of the solutions to unemployment and at the same time, we attack illiteracy.

Unemployment is a problem that can be solved by creating more jobs for the unemployed. One way to do this is through cleanup programs. Cleaning up our neighborhoods creates jobs for job seekers while improving the quality of life in those communities.

Organizations that provide support for the mentally ill can help reduce the number of homeless people in society. Organizations such as these also provide a safe space where they can receive medication and treatment.

Educating children about proper animal care techniques would reduce cases of abandoned and abused animals in homes around the world.

Organized crime could be reduced by increasing penalties for its members and controlling their bank accounts so that their funds are not used for illegal activities such as drugs or prostitution.

Whichever way you look at it, all these problems have the same cause: lack of education.

If education is not our priority, illiteracy will result in unemployment, which in turn will result in homelessness due to lack of purchasing power, a person like this will become depressive, and may become violent, resulting in animal abuse and even mistreatment of others, and as icing on the cake will fall into the hands of organized crime.

Let us educate our citizens, let us not be afraid for them to improve themselves, to be better because a happy citizen will be an excellent person, a better citizen.
