但眼下电话联系当初打疫苗的地方，电话是通的，但无人接听（以前不是这样）。而焦作市的疾控中心就直接说‘狂犬疫苗抗体检测已停止好几年了，这是彻头彻尾的谎话’，前些天在另一地市给女儿打狂犬疫苗时，还被告知打完全部防疫针后需发48元检查抗体。这就是我们的职能机关，只知道推诿扯皮、偷奸耍滑，保不准那天也会摊到你们身上呢！
我们这些打了可能无效疫苗的人呢，还得碰碰运气找到能查抗体的医院或疾控中心吧。生死只能由命，自求多福！
