Let us first establish that Deepbrain Chain is not a whitepaper project. They've been involved with companies developing their AI technology.
Brief History
On 2012 they've released the first Chinese voice assistant called “smart 360”. After 1 year of launch their product reached 10 million users. becoming the first third-party voice assistant to break through the tens of millions mark.
In June 2014 they have released "Small Zhi" The World's First Artificial Intelligent Speaker. Where they gather awards;
On January 7 2017, the State Council of China Issued the "A Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan" where led them to upgrade and develop a brand new cloud brain platform named “DeepBrain”.

Now this 2017, the DeepBrain platform has learned 1000 skills, HTML5 version was released to make consumers freely ad AI skills, been branded being the first manufacturer of artificial intelligence skills platform in China. Over $7million Angel Investments from Big Strategic Partners.
