Communication is simply a process where we bring to out or share our views with people or person. We interact with people, make known our intentions. You know what? Communication is an act of discussion. For instance, if you want to be understood? Communicate effectively. No one knows what you have right within your mind except you speak up and make it known to others.
Let's consider some ways to enhance an effective communication. we will look into two points in this section.
-Speak out, don't hide your intentions no matter how or what they are. It's a stepping stone to having a good communication. Be able to express your points to others. For instance, in a meeting be willing to air your view. Don't keep it to yourself. It may be a source of inspiration to someone else. Have a good communication ability. Present your points in a good way. Don't feel it may not be necessary to speak in a gathering. It's absolutely necessary. When one doesn't speak in a meeting, Some people tag as being it mediocre. It can be true in a way.
You know one good thing about speaking up is that you stand to have the opportunity to be corrected. Don't assume that you'll get laughed at. Even if it's the case, it shouldn't be a reason for not speaking up. What if you get an ovation for the nice point you raised up. At this point, it's very important to know things and have a good understanding of the things that are in, and around you so as to prevent being a novice. It's when you don't know much or know little about a subject area that you tend to keep mute in a conversation. It's very necessary to be versatile.
In conclusion, I'll emphasize here that it's very crucial and of importance to communicate effectively with people around both at home, work place, meeting, and the rest of it so as to make your points and intentions known to others. No one will go through your mind to know your thoughts unless you air them out. Be wise and have a good communication ability.
