"Pulutan" is our local term for the food or it can be a side dish while drinking an alcoholic drinks with your friends, and family. Therefore, it means that it is a perfect pair for an alcoholic drinks like beer, tequila, and others (sorry I am not familiar tho because I don't drink). In our place, there is a restaurant who also just opened and named their restaurant Pulutan.
Pulutan is an open place. They have plenty of foods, especially those perfect pair for alcoholic drinks. We ordered "pusit", and "chicharon bulaklak". My favorite recipe for "chicharon bulaklak" is the one that is cooked by my mom. For me, their foods are good. If you're the kinds of a person who's rushing for your order, I think it's not a place for you because based on our experience, it took them some time to cook our orders. But it's fine, they did not claim that they are fast food restaurant.
I can rate 7/10 overall the service crews are kind and do their job properly. However, there is something missing with their dish, the chicken we ordered took some time to be served (we finished eating and the chicken was not served yet). The place can be improve to add an attraction to the customers. I still like the place, and I'll get back soon if I have time. That's all I can share for now, thank you for reading!
