The change has been a lowering of the standards. I would say if someone is in chronic agony I believe this should be available over them getting to the horrid point of trying to do something to themselves. But it just seems the standards are changing and it’s a bad direction for the west to go. Whee we n this becomes normalized and the standards are low it’s well I s not going to end well for any culture.
