I just read this article at Breitbart ( I read everything to get a better point of view).
tillerson-ready-first-meeting-without-precondition-north-korea
According to Tillerson the US was prepared to talk with North Korea. I don't see anything wrong with this, leave the guy alone he will eventually be overthrown, killed or whatever by his people, his one life line is telling them that he and the armed forces are the only thing standing against the US taking over their country.
In fact if the US hadn't been playing this dumb game since decades ago the regime would have been gone years ago, frankly I think the US wants this regime to be there always, so it can be used as a scapegoat to get all US people behind government policy. Do you really think Kim Jong Un would be so dumb as to attack the US? And if NK were really such a threat, do you believe China would have let this regime remain for so long?
And now apparently the White House has said that no such talks will happen, so there we go with differing statements from the US.

I think this is just playing with people's gullibility, I also read the comments, a lot of people say what NK needs is just one good atomic blast, or to just attack them with conventional bombs until they are flattened. I wonder if these people do have the guts to go and fight against these Koreans, I'll bet most of the people who post there are just couch potatoes willing to write a lot of crap but not willing to put their lives on the line.
That being said I think this is just BS, the war machine just keeps inventing enemies so they can continue selling weapons, because if the fear of an islamic or communist country (even though unfortunately North Korea is not a communist country, it is a dictatorship that runs on a philosophy it's founder invented, the Juche idea, he also brain washed his people with this) is real, how come nothing was done to prevent Pakistan from obtaining a nuclear weapon, which was started in 1972 and they tried their first nuclear bomb in 1998? Pakistan is in no better position than Iran, being it is a Muslim country, it really harbors terrorists, yet Iran going nuclear is a terrible head ache. Shouldn't Pakistan, which already has the weapon be a bigger worry?
