Most sightings probably have a very reasonable answer, but the circular object I saw was going so fast that I have never heard of anything like it possible with human technology at this point. So it is, at the very least an example of hidden technology, perhaps some country has it, or then again maybe it is extraterrestrial in origin. Anyone's guess is as good as mine.
