Where do you get that the reward pool is $365,000.00? Last time I heard it was around 70,000 Steem a day better said about $28,000.00, and those $20.00 guys don't just post once a day.

No I think you have it really wrong, the biggest problem here is the circle jerk, where a group of about 100 or 200 people vote for each other every day and for nobody else, they take most of the rewards,
