It is possible for no one to have possession of an item, which is a major distinction from ownership. If a bike is left alone in an open field then no one has possession of it until someone comes and takes

That's correct, the possession could also be widespread. If one person in New York and another in LA both have access to the private key, they may be found to be both in possession simultaneously, despite

This is an interesting question but I think you have misinterpreted what these countries are doing. They are planning on adopting blockchain technology to track their own fiat currencies, not a decentralized

I don't know if you would classify LTC as an alt but it had a great run today and seems to have stabilized around $70. Probably still undervalued with the news on atomic swaps.

Do you find it difficult dealing with some of the trading pairs that most exchanges operate? I often have to convert to BTC or ETH to manage some go from alt to alt, which hurts the ability to arbitrage.
