So for some months now, i have been having a hard time making art. No zeal, no energy to pick up my pencils and draw. Maybe it was as a result of me feeling somewhat depressed. But i am glad am out of it now.
Its good to have friends who will disturb the heck outta you, till you bulge and actually put in some work.
This guy right here as really helped in pulling me out of sad moods. Really a friend in deed.
So i started off with a grid, sketched the outline and started shading. I didn't use graphite for the shading, i used powdered charcoal and cotton buds.
Its actually my second try, using this method. My style is usually shading with graphite pencils and then blending.
Really loved how it turned out. Was a little scared at first, but after shading in most part, i felt good about it.
I added colour to it, to give it a bit of depth. i used soft pastels.
It's not 100% complete, but i couldn't wait to share it with you guys.
Am new here, so i'd really appreciate a follow, upvote and comment.
Love always
