Those of you just starting out. With the borrowed 15$, should limit your voting to 90% or higher. If not your vote wont mean much. If its too low your votes will not even count. Keeping power above 90% should help. The talked about 80%, may be too low for your votes to count, using atm Steem price. Your voting power will rebuild at 20% per day. At 100% you can vote once every few hours, and it will recharge back to 100%
