Focusing on what REALLY makes you happy, but since your westernized society doesnt promote any of this, you dont realize how critical it is to live with any lasting happiness, peace, and pleasure. Its not religion, but there is a very organized "religion" that is steering you people away from it. What am I talking about? I am uploading a podcast here speaking about it in simple terms without reducing the potency of the conduct.
