You don't need to be right all the time. You don't need to be beautiful all the time. You don't need to smile, laugh or say yes all the time.
You don't need to be sharp. You don't need to cut through, if you don't want to. You don't have to be bright, warm or colourful all the time.
It's ok to be blunt. It's ok to weep. It's ok to say I don't understand. It's ok to be scared. It's ok not to have all the answers.
