It's pretty easy to see the huge acts like sabotaging oil refineries pipelines as well as the turbines...
Then add to it all the sanctions.
Russia is super pissed. And really it looks like Russia itself is behind all of these acts especially with their first claims being NATO sabotage.
Personally I don't see any other country other than Russia being able to Target this underwater pipeline.
And if NATO forces did this it definitely would be grounds for world War III.
Which removes that possibility from NATO involvement.
However Russian submarine Force targeting its own pipeline? The one that they've been having problems with all these sanctions and turbines and all the issues....
That actually is pretty scary.
