"Look!" Anah cried, his eyes beaming with fear as he took to his heels. I knew that there was trouble, one that could cost me my life. But it was too late for me to run, too late to even look. Before I could turn to the direction where Anah had pointed before he fled, a loud and vibrating roar deafened my ears. It was a man-eating leopard.
At once, taking its chance, the beast bounced on me, ready to have me for dinner. I considered my miserable life, how it will all end in the belly of a leopard. It was certainly not a good way to die. The beast soon dug its fang into my neck but there was no blood, everything playing out in slow motion like some weird Bollywood movies.
"Wake up, Dan" a familiar faint voice, which turned out to be my brother's. I was on my bed, luckily, and was having an afternoon nightmare. What a relief!
