Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Shadow Hunting.

After we got success in our first ever contest (the new year themed contest), now that we've found a dedicated sponsor for weekly contest, we've decided to announce a weekly contest every Friday with a dedicated theme for each week.

I know its not Friday anymore and I'm announcing the first weekly contest today as I was busy this Friday and you know, people gets busy and everything in Gaming Photo is manual by me.

I've seen peoples joining photography contests with this them in real life and I hope a lot of you also noticed and I see there's a dedicated community for that as well so I asked myself, "Why don't we follow this idea for a gaming contest?"

But as we're different than them and only talks about special gaming moments, you'll have to show us your gaming photography including shadows by any means.

This theme should be much easier comparing to the one we had before as most games nowadays gives you the chance to witness good shadows. You just need to find the best moments with the best shadows.

Rules:
As it's a contest, there should be some rules to follow, right? And these rules are not meant to be broken, lol.

• Publish a post in Gaming Photography Community showing some gaming photographs following the theme.
• Add the #gamingphotocontest and #contest in first five tags and then add tags suitable to your post.
• The post must be written in English (you can use other translations alongside English if you wish to).
• The post should have at least 350 original words in per language (excluding Hi, Hello, or some common things that you use in your post). You can talk about behind-the-scenes of how you implemented the idea to meet the word counts.
• Show at least 7 photos showing some good shadows. They can be photos from seven different moments or can be a single moment from seven different angles.
• Leave your entry as a comment to this announcement post so we don't miss your entry.
• Attach the link of this announcement post in your entry so your readers can check this out.
• Mention some of your gamer friends in Hive in your post that you think might be interested in joining the contest (not mandatory).
