Tropico 6 is the sixth installment of the popular saga of management of banana countries and republics. In this new sequel, in addition to managing a paradise without opposition, we can build a banana republic in a series of islands, offering us the opportunity to embody the President in a huge archipelago. We will have to select paradises to build, steal sculptures and monuments - yes, like the Statue of Liberty in New York - and build bridges and huge tunnels to communicate one island with another.
Minimum requirements
at least I do not know them
Despite not being a Triple A title, the technical section of Tropico 6 has, at least for me, a good level thanks to the use of the Unreal Engine 4 that allows us to enjoy attractive and colorful graphics in plain sight with a good performance on our computer like it could not be otherwise.
As it happened with the previous installments, it is a bit ambitious in many aspects although it can not be denied that, despite having a fairly simple formula, the game has enough appeal to catch us during games of hours and hours which are passed in a sigh.
It is true that the most purist fans of the genre are going to want more than one game of this type but, at least I think that it is a perfect title for beginners in this type of strategy to soak up the formula before giving the jump to more complex games in all its aspects.
The most negative aspect of the game I find in some inconsistencies during the games that affect, above all, the economic side of it, with some situations lacking in meaning that undermine what on the other hand has been a pleasant and fun experience.
In addition, in the technical aspect I can not put a stick to the work of Kalypso that offers us a title of good quality both visual and sound despite being quite far from a budget of a triple A.
