The 3DO is a rather odd console, or should we say "platform" as different manufacturers made their own versions, but of course the games were all compatible with each of them. Kind of a stopgap between the 16-bit and the Saturn and PlayStation, the 3DO tried to make a name for itself and launched at an insane $700, nearly $1,200 in 2018 money. Can you imagine paying that much for a videogame system? Well, not many people did, obviously. So let's look at some of the games that were released on this oddity.
