As Niantic continues to release new content, so do they continue to launch new events with the latest being this week by way of a Raid Week. From Tuesday, May 21st thru the following Tuesday, May 28th, all Raid Bosses from all tiers of Raids will be altered to include new Bosses. The following are the available Raid Bosses you may encounter:
Tier One: Machop, Slakoth, Shinx, Bronzor
Tier Two: Misdreavus, Kirlia, Mawile, Feebas, Clamperl, Bibarel
Tier Three: Alolan Raichu, Chansey, Scyther, Aerodactyl, Floatzel
Tier Four: Alolan Marowak, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Absol, Metagross
They have included prior favorites and well as some new ones to join Raids for the first time. Some also have Shiny forms which I believe (not mentioned) may be encountered. They did mention that there is a chance to encounter a Shiny Bronzor.
In addition to these changes, they have announced a Lapras Raid Day on Saturday, May 25th for three hours. Like previous Raid days, you will be able to obtain five free raid passes to use during the time of the Raids. In addition, Shiny Lapras will have a chance of being encountered during this time. I think it is great that they are changing the Raid bosses once again to bring back some attention to the events as it seems to have wavered some after the recent Raid Bosses being less than exciting. I will be trying a couple of raids that day to test my luck!
