With the disbanding of the Standing Army(which is forbidden in the Constitution) that we call "police" crime would immediately drop.

Any real examples of a country where disbanding the police has lead to crime rates dropping? You must back this statement up with some facts.

Every country in the world has crime, and every country in the world needs someone to police the laws.

On the other hand, if you are advocating for anarchy, I have news for you; It won't work. Every time there's a community, there will naturally exist those who will abuse it, and the need for legislation arises, and with a legislation, there will be a need for someone to govern over the legal framework (a government), and enforce, that is police that legislation (that would be the police).

If you don't create these instances, and instead let the community workout their differences by itself, you will be left with mob justice, where there is no due process for those who may or may not be innocent.

What we currently have is MOB super majority(MAFIA like) justice in the USA.

Guess what. Not everyone lives in the USA, and you can be sure that every other country has a police force too. Maybe there is a real reason and not an imagined one for there to exist such an institution.

Whether the police is corrupt is not the reason to do away the police. but it is a reason to get to the roots of the corruption and deal justice onto those who break their oath to the community.

And again, we are not all americans, and those of us who live abroad see clearly you are making a mistake if you disband the police.

Crime is everywhere, and if the police is corrupt (as in the pockets of criminals) it is a good implication that disbanding the police will do nothing to actually reduce crime. It only gives the criminals a free pass for doing more crime. (They may already have it, but if you have nothing to replace the police with, you'll be completely out of luck.)

Mob justice is exactly what you get when you don't have anyone to look over your rights. Yeah, you maybe able to fend off a few criminals by having a weapon at hand, but eventually even that would prove insufficient.

I live in Finland. We have a police, and we have some crime, but thanks to the police, we don't generally have to own guns, unless for hunting or for recreational or sports shooting. It's weird to hear about the US and how their people want to disband the police, and think of our own police whom are a valuable service to our country and whom we gladly trust our lives upon.
