I never said that. With the disbanding of the Standing Army(which is forbidden in the Constitution) that we call "police" crime would immediately drop. A lot of "crimes" that happen are you get thrown into a cage because you have an herb on you or some drugs. Unless you harmed someone or it was proven you stole them, you didn't do anything wrong. So right out of the gate any premise of "there would be more crime" without police is debunked. There are so many unjust laws. In the UK you can go to jail for saying "curse words or slurs" online. So many examples that aren't hard to find.

And how well do you think mob justice (super majority) works if the perpetrator actually isn't the one who is indicated?

What we currently have is MOB super majority(MAFIA like) justice in the USA. There's tens of millions of people in jail, mostly for "drug crimes". If you think our current system is at all any good.... well...

There almost no checks and balances against the Police in the USA. They all band together like a MOB and protect each other. What we have NOW is MOB justice. Judged/lawyers/Police are all in it together, they don't turn on each other, they are all on the same team. There are multiple terms for this, Arrest to Prison Pipeline, School to Prison Pipeline, Private Prison Pipeline, Prison Pipeline, etc. Police/lawyers/judged routinely break their own laws, have elevated laws/exception for only them because "some animals are more equal than others"....

It's the same thing how we have a Military Industrial Complex in the USA. It exists to further make sure it's own existence expands due to the incentive structure. We start war after war and our military mercilessly drone strikes and bombs and kills civilians daily. The ratio of innocent people killed per drone strike is 90% innocent to 10% "bad guys". Who are the bad guys? The people we funded to take out the other "bad guys" previously. Those bad guys then take them out and become the new "bad guys in charge" and then we start killing them, repeat over and over... That incentive structure has to be taken away, IE the entire point of the Founding Fathers putting in the Constitution we cannot have a Standing Army.
