Here's the deal. Whatever it is, by reading the description from the linked spam post, and the following discussion, I will conclude that at best "the service" is very fishy.

Furthermore, spamming on people's posts, especially my own, is also fishy, and something I will continue to frown upon. So please refrain from doing that in the future. I have a very heavy downvote finger.
