Add rising costs of living to the usual suspects, the pressures we face, and all of a sudden stress increases, people have to think more, work harder at things, and there's a greater chance of burnout.

Family stresses such as you may be facing can be very difficult as most often emotions are involved. I'm not inclined to suggest what you should do as I don't knw the full picture however I know that you need to take some time, find a gap and some solace, for your own wellbeing. Not doing this won't go well for yourselves or those you want to support around you.

Good luck and all the best.
