I believe this to be a very important aspect for sure. Determination, that goes without saying really; it's an essential element and quite obvious. But the other, the funny side, you call it. I think that's something so many people forget about, myself included at times. It comes in various ways but the ability to laugh at ourselves and to find the lighter side of life when troubles strike or when driving towards a solid result...it can make the journey much more enjoyable.
