Loud laughing is a good thing and I'm happy to have provided the motivation for it. I hope it didn't wake that daughter of yours though.

Perishing, isn't something I've done a lot of training for; in fact, most of it has been around not perishing...but it was a near thing to be honest. I can think of many ways to check out and perishing from hungration isn't one of them. (Hitting the cliff-face at terminal velocity whilst flying using one of those flying wing-suits seems a better option, just to name one. See below.)

I've contemplated arriving a half hour later than the appointed hour but I'm one of those people who don't like to be late and I'd never forgive myself should she arrive on time and I was 30 minutes late. Punctuality is important to the old G-dog. So, I'll just have to deal with it I guess, the lateness and the hungration.
