Oh wow, I knew you had some food allergies but not how extensive it actually was. I imagine the journey to finding out what it actually was all about wasn't the easiest time of your life. Process of elimination I suppose? It must be difficult getting used to not eating out or being able to be in places near the foods that set you off but I can imagine how good that is for your back pocket as far as savings go.

Soya/soy-beans are in so many things...Those little bastards! must be difficult for you but I guess you're used to it now.

I'm not sure how effective dry-needling is but it seems to have an effect and at this stage I'm happy to try anything. I'm hoping for some results.
