So brave with all those needles! Part of growing old, bothersome body parts, hopefully your treatment works and you get your full range of motion again and less pain. Just be patient... We all want our problems solved like yesterday!

I tried it once for my migraines, it just felt wrong to have so many jabs in the back of my neck so I never went back. I realize it's not an over night cure all fix all and in hindsight I probably should have kept going. In other news my migraines were related to anaphylaxis and a severe allergy to soya/soybeans and it's in all the foods in some way shape or form. Once I figured out my issue and eliminated the source my migraines mostly went away along with other problems. The life changes required meant I couldn't eat out anymore...ouch that hurts still to this day and most foods everyone gets to enjoy, I can't. I can't be around food related events like festivals and gatherings too often because I get sick just smelling it. The silver lining, It has saved me tons of $$ not being able to do anything conventional and I am probably healthier with less junk food and mostly all home meals made from scratch.
