Meow

I've been enjoying the first few days of my end of year holidays - loads of relaxation and not much of anything else. It's been nice to spend a few days with Cleo and having no other commitments to interrupt our hang out time.

I've spent most of it reading a book, where the crawdads sing, which is a really lovely book written by Delia Owens; some may know it from a movie that was made from the book. It's worth the read. Cleo has slept a lot as usual but it was nice that she followed me around wherever I was reading; she's really such good company and I love knowing she's there curled up beside me, on my lap or whatever spot suits her - she always finds the best spots and it makes me happy to know she's near.

Anyway, a super-relaxed start to my holidays and there's more to come.
