¿QUE SON LAS HEMORROIDES?
¿WHAT ARE HEMORRHOIDS?
Son dilataciones de los plexos venosos de la submucosa rectal, es decir, las venas que se encuentran a nivel del recto, tienden a dilatarse por ciertas situaciones, lo que provoca las manifestaciones clínicas; es algo similar a las varices de las piernas.
They are dilations of the venous plexuses of the rectal submucosa, that is, the veins that are at the level of the rectum, tend to dilate due to certain situations, which causes clinical manifestations; It is something similar to varicose veins in the legs.
Se producen debido a un aumento de la presión de las venas del ano, principalmente por gran esfuerzo físico, dentro de las principales causas, tenemos:
Embarazo.
Esfuerzo al defecar.
Estreñimiento.
Estar de pie o sentado durante mucho tiempo.
Infecciones anales.
Diarrea.
Obesidad.
They occur due to an increase in the pressure of the veins of the anus, mainly due to great physical effort, within the main causes, we have:

Straining when defecating.
Constipation.
Standing or sitting for a long time.

GRADOS DE LAS HEMORROIDES
GRADES OF HEMORRHOIDS
Las hemorroides pueden ser internas, externas o mixtas, las internas se clasidican en 4 grados:
GRADO I
Se localizan en el tejido submucoso, por encima de la línea dentada.
GRADO II
Salen del ano al defecar, pero, se introducen espontáneamente luego del esfuerzo.
GRADO III
Son visibles desde el exterior, sobresalen al defecar y el paciente debe introducirlas manualmente.
GRADO IV
Son irreductibles y están siempre fuera del ano.
Hemorrhoids can be internal, external or mixed, internal hemorrhoids are classified into 4 degrees:
GRADE I
They are located in the submucosal tissue, above the dentate line.
GRADE II
They come out of the anus when defecating, but they are introduced spontaneously after the effort.
GRADE III
They are visible from the outside, protrude when defecating and must be manually inserted by the patient.
GRADE IV
They are irreducible and are always outside the anus.
El diagnóstico es netamente clínico, el paciente acude al centro de salud por presentar:
Dolor anal.
Prurito (picazón) anal.
Sensaciíon de humedd en en ano.
Sangrado anal.
Sensación de tener "algo" en el ano.
Sensación de salida de "algo" a través del ano.
The diagnosis is purely clinical, the patient goes to the health center for presenting:
Anal pain.
Pruritus (itching) anal.
Sensation of moisture in the anus.
Anal bleeding.
Sensation of having "something" in the anus.
Sensation of "something" coming out through the anus.
TRATAMIENTO
TREATMENT
Dentro de las medidas generales están los baños de asiento en agua tibia durante 15 - 20 minutos, unas 3 ó 4 veces al día.
Dentro de las medidas farmacológicas, se pueden utilizar antihemorroidales tipo cremas y/o supositorios, y, fármacos ablandadores de heces para disminuir el estreñimiento y el esfuerzo al defecar.
Within the general measures are sitz baths in warm water for 15 - 20 minutes, about 3 or 4 times a day.
Within the pharmacological measures, antihemorrhoidal creams and/or suppositories can be used, and stool softeners to reduce constipation and straining when defecating.
