To keep me sane, I had been doing a lot of stuff at home instead of repeatitively watching kpop music videos and kdrama -- although those two are still part of my routine. I went back to urban gardening.
Urban gardening is very hard though because we only have a small space at home where we could set our ornamental plants. But my mom was really very innovative that she decided to add a lot of hanging plants at home such as her beatiful orchids. Worry not, I will take photos of those beautiful species when their flowers start to bloom.
My mom also decided to plant some vegetables outside the house on our designated plant box. They will bear their fruits soon and I cannot wait to show them to you all. I am just so sad that the chia seeds that I planted died. I did not kno that I need to water it twice a day especially that it is now dry season and most plants need more water than ever.
I was just so tired when I took this shot using my phone. I was literally sitting down on the floor while my mom was busy working. Those plants that you see on the photo were some of the plants that she uprooted at her school. I was laughing at loud when she told me about it but I understand her though. She just took a portion of the plant so that she could grow those as well.
And now, allow me to show you the plants that I transferred. In the following days, when my mom and I are done with our garden, I will show it to you all how it looks like. I really still have to do a lot of stuff at home such as painting the door jams and window jams. Yay!
I am not really very particular with the names of our plants so please bear with me. I will find time to search for its name on the internet so I could understand much about our plants at home and how to best take care of them.
A day after
After that, we decided to take a tour at the house of one of their workmates who resides nearby. The following photos were taken from their garden.
I was really happy how Ms. Diana set up her junk garden. I really wish I could also come with such concept. Sighs
If you wish to share some of your gardening techniques at home or even at work, please do not hesitate to share it to me and to everyone on the comment section.
Lots of positivity,
