Feb. 24, 2018: Brent Spiner/Gail Chord Schuler Love Story in "Ship in a Bottle" (Star Trek:TNG)

Feb. 24, 2018: Brent Spiner/Gail Chord Schuler Love Story in "Ship in a Bottle" (Star Trek:TNG)

Gail points out how the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Ship in a Bottle" mirrors her love story with Brent Spiner. Apparently, after she wrote a Star Trek teleplay for "Lal" that Paramount rejected, Brent managed to get Star Trek writer Rene Echevarria to write this script to honor Gail for writing a sequel to Rene's episode "The Offspring". Rene could see that Gail wrote it out of love for Brent and not for fame or money. It shows in how he portrays Gail as the Countess in this episode. Gail and Brent have been deeply in love since 1991 and everybody at Star Trek knows it. Though Loree has impersonated most of the Star Trek stars with their vulgar clones. Brent and Gail did not know about clones in 1993, though. Gail wrote "Lal" to try and write something for Brent that would give him an Emmy. She was rather naive about Hollywood back then. She now realizes that you get ahead in Hollywood by your connections, not your talent, especially if the Jesuits don't like you.

Brent appears to have secretly produced this Star Trek:The Next Generation episode "Ship in a Bottle" to honor Gail Chord Schuler. Right about this time, Loree McBride clone #2 injected herself into Brent's life, possibly to counter this episode and ensure that Brent's love for Gail would be blocked. Levar Burton killed Loree clone #1 in Sept., so Brent thought when he saw Loree clone #2 he was seeing a ghost! Unfortunately, Loree McBride has been cloned hundreds, perhaps, thousands of times. Due to Gail's King David genetic profile, she cannot be cloned, so Jesuits fear her.
