After eating a lot of sweets during the holidays and enjoying valuable time with our loved ones, is time to kick off 2022 the best way we can do in The Crew 2 with lots of races that are requiring professional driving skills and perfect trajectories.

In plus, the new Live Summit released, called pretty suggestively Pro Track, comes with a premiere amongst the nine races too, namely to have a Live Extreme Series episode to be completed which is basically a 3-in-1 race, driving a boat, a bike and a car while you are competing against the same players. But more about that at the right time! 😀

Pro Track Live Summit comes with a total of 9 races that will mostly be based on the track racing, and it will run from 5 - 12 January with the following tasks:

Slalom - where you are needed to do slaloms between various objects placed on the ground and collect 6,150 points. [No Restriction Race]
Escape - being required to get away at least 940 meters from a specific area before the time runs out. [No Restriction Race]
Speedtrap - you have to cross a marked area on the radar with a speed bigger than 180 km/h. [No Restriction Race]
Touring - a first race on the circuit where you have to reach Top 3 positions to have it marked as completed. [No Restriction Race]
Touring - another race on the circuit but this time with a specific car. You also need to get in one of the Top 3 places. [Zonda R required]
Live Extrem Series - a premiere for the Live Summits where you get to enjoy a 3-in-1 race having to finish the trail on the 1st place. [No Restriction Race]
Touring - another race on the circuit but without any restrictions other than being required to place yourself amongst the Top 3 positions. [No Restriction Race]
Alpha Grand Prix - a pretty fascinating race on the streets with a different kind of open-wheel car where you have to finish the race in Top 3. [X-Bow R required]
Alpha Grand Prix - similar to the previous race but where you are not forced to drive a specific car. You still need to reach Top 3 positions to win this. [No Restriction Race]

While we got to enjoy a little bit more diversity amongst the last two Live Summits released, it looks like we are back to those which are mostly dominated by a discipline. At least we are not talking about Hyper and Street ones again, phew! 😇

Since all the Touring races are mostly the same thing driving either a specific car or any you wish on different circuits, the main star amongst these is the Zonda R one which I was also not owning yet and had to purchase and which you can see in the banner of the event. That's a really beautiful car!

However, there were two cars that I was missing for the Pro Track Live Summit and while I purchased the Zonda R one, it turned out not to have enough money for the other one which is a X-Bow R open-wheel car.

Anyway, since I already earned around 300k bucks, I think it's not an impossible task to get the whole amount required for the X-Bow R by the next Live Summit that will be released, so let's hope I'll also put my hands on this car which is so different from all the other open-wheel cars you can find in the game! 😍

Though, the thing that caught my attention the most, was to see being featured a Live Extreme Series episode as one of the 9 races available in the event which as I said, it comes with a 3-in-1 race based on more disciplines depending on the episode you are playing. For this one I had to pick a vehicle from each of the following game modes: Jetsprint (boat), Motocross (bike) and Touring (car).

And even if it's a longer race with more skills needed to have a nice result at the end of the track, I really enjoyed this one and I hope to see this type of race more often from now on! 🙂
