Greetings friends. You see, a long time ago I made a figurine of one of my favorite holozing characters, Waller. Well, I had the intention of making his Radiant version for a long time, but I had not had the opportunity.

Well, today I would like to share with you this little sculpture of Waller jumping out of the water, a special Waller, in his Radiant version.

Saludos amigos. Verán, hace mucho tiempo hice una figurita de uno de mis personajes favoritos de holozing. Waller. Pues bien, tenía la intención de hacer su versión Radiant desde hace tiempo, pero no había tenido oportunidad.

Pues bien, hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes esta pequeña escultura de Waller saltando del agua, un Waller especial, en su versión Radiant.

Acompáñenme para mostrarles cómo hice está bonita ballena saltando del agua.

Step by step

The first thing I did for this little whale was the base, that is, the sheets of water where Waller jumps out of.

I made them with blue plasticine, which I rolled to simulate very small water waves.

Paso a paso

Lo primero que hice de esta ballenita fue la base, es decir, las hojas de agua de dónde sale saltando Waller.

Las hice con plastilina azul, la cuál enrollé para simular olas de agua muy pequeñas.

The shape I had to make for Waller's body is that of a cartoon missile, as if they were those missiles of the coyote and the roadrunner? Do you remember them? Well, one like that, only pink...

La forma que tuve que hacer para adelante cuerpo de Waller es el de un misil tipo caricatura, como si fuesen esos misiles del coyote y el correcaminos... Los recuerdan? Pues uno así, solo que de color rosado...

The next thing was to make the little teeth, which is not easy because it is certainly a tiny figure, in fact you can see that it is smaller than my thumb.

Well, the bottom part of the missile I mentioned before just needs to be flattened, in order to place all the little teeth, one by one. Then a long layer of white plasticine is placed, which would be like Waller's abdomen. In the image below you can see how it looks like, and you can also see the little teeth I mentioned before.

Lo siguiente fue hacerle los dientitos, lo cual no es del todo fácil porque ciertamente es una figura pequeñita, de hecho pueden ver qué es más pequeña que mi dedo pulgar.

Pues bien, la parte de abajo del misil que les mencioné antes solo hay que aplanarla, para poder colocar todos los dientitos, uno por uno. Luego se coloca una larga capa de plastilina blanca, que vendría a ser como el abdomen de Waller. En la imagen de abajo pueden ver cómo iba quedando, además que se visualiza los pequeños dientes que les mencioné.

I plan to place this piece vertically on the blue plasticine base I made, which would be the waves that jump when Waller comes out of the water.

Esta pieza la pienso colocar de manera vertical en la base de plastilina azul que hice, que vendrían a ser las olas que saltan cuando Waller sale del agua.

The next thing I did was the pectoral fins and dorsal fin.

Waller has two large pectoral fins, which have a bulging formation in the middle of each fin.

I made both fins with plasticine of the same color as the body, pink, then used small pieces of wire to attach them to the body so that they would stay in place.

Lo siguiente que hice fueron las aletas pectorales y la aleta dorsal.

Waller tiene dos aletas pectorales de gran tamaño, las cuales tienen una formación abultada a la mitad de cada aleta.

Ambas aletas las hice con plastilina del mismo color que el cuerpo, rosada, luego usé trocitos de alambre para fijarlas bien al cuerpo, se modo que se mantuvieran fijas en su lugar.

You say it to make the golden details that he has on the top, which I feel would be like bones that he has on each side of the eyes and join which crown.

I made all the pieces separately, with plasticine of a color that I obtained by mixing yellow, brown in a small amount and white in the same amount as the yellow.

Along with the eyes, I put these little pieces in place, using a little glue to hold everything in place once the glue had dried.

Also at this point I placed the dorsal fin, which. Or I know if you can call it a dorsal fin, but it goes on the tip of the head. While it is shaped like a fin, it could also be labeled as a horn, but who knows.

Junto con los ojos, coloqué estás pequeñas piezas en su lugar, usando un poco de pegamento para mantener todo en su lugar, una vez que el pegamento haya secado.

También en este punto coloqué la aleta dorsal, que. O sé si se puede llamar aleta dorsal, pero está va en la punta de la cabeza. Si bien tiene forma de aleta, también podría catalogar como un cuerno, pero quien sabe.
