Its not complicated at all.. make sure to plant some seeds, so you can eat straight from the ground as often as possible to avoid man made poisons that are injected into food before it goes on the market, this stuff they inject is called "preservatives" another word for poison. Throughout my life, I realized the reactions the body has to certain products is natural as those products are not made to be consumed by human beings, some are.. cows milk, cow cheese, marshmallows, icing & certain creams are all seriously sickening, it's like ur eating diabetes when you eat that stuff. Not to mention all those meats in a bag for weeks.. waiting for the necxt buyer... of course people are very sick.. look how they eat.. its very simple to see why cancer is hitting hard.
