QB 1 - Eli Manning vs Philadelphia (23% owned)

Eli hasn't been very good this year, especially given he has the best weaponry he's had in years. But luckily this is fantasy football and your QB doesn't need stellar performances to be relevant. Just go look at Blake Bortles work for proof. He's averaging just over 15 points a game, which again isn't spectacular. But if there are ever good weeks to use Eli it's going to be this week and most likely next week if available on waivers. Philadelphia has surrendered the 8th most passing yards in the league and ranks 12th in fantasy points given up to QBs. The real plus with this matchup is that Philly should be on the winning side, so the Giants may be passing a ton. Philly also has a very good rush defense currently ranked 2nd in rushing yards surrendered. Eli should be a strong play even on a short week.

QB 2 - Joe Flacco vs Tennessee (27% owned)

The matchup isn't perfect here but the trend with Flacco has been huge volume. Even with the huge volume he's capable of falling flat like last week vs Cleveland, but no other streamer gives you higher odds of success than Flacco. If not for the matchup preference in Eli, Joe would be my man again this week.

TE 1 - CJ Uzomah vs Pittsburg (25% owned)

With Eifert out for the year, the Bengals have decided to feature Uzomah over Kroft. This weeks matchup is a plus. The Steelers have given up the 2nd most fantasy points to TEs this season. Nearly every team that has faced Pittsburgh have been successful moving the ball down the middle of the field, and really you could say anywhere else too. This game should yield a ton of points and opportunities for Uzomah to have a high floor with some touchdown upside.

TE 2 - Niles Paul vs Dallas (2% owned)

This is an obvious deep dive play here. Paul was able to come into last week's game for the injured Sefarian-Jenkins last week and racked up 65 yards on 7 receptions. Part of this can be contributed to KCs terrible defense which is 2nd in fantasy points surrendered to the position. Another factor could be due to Blake Bortles and his very low air yards per attempt. If it's either reason or both reasons it's a plus for Paul coming into this week vs the Cowboys. Dallas isn't ranked too poorly vs the position but they the matchup does yield a huge plus. Dallas has given up at least 4 receptions to a TE in each game so far this season and overall their defense is much friendlier through the air. All of these factors should give Paul a chance to get some decent fantasy production. You could probably do worse.
