Your math is pretty close there.

It was not even a full three ounces.

It does depend on how much a person smokes for personal stash. For me it's a lot and that's not really enough to keep me stocked up or make any profit from it.

At this point I just have 1 jar of premium flowers containing one ounce, and a little stuff on the side I'm smoking up. I'll probably keep that ounce in a jar for a while to improve the flavor and will quit smoking until my next harvest. (which hopefully will be better.)

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I feel a big part of it is my living environment. It doesn't have the privacy or peace of mind that I need so it affects my ability to perform efficiently.
