I'm definitely not an expert on pepper plants lol.
But from what I've learned, they pretty much re-veg themselves no matter what their light cycle. It's kind of like they veg and flower at the same time too.
All I know is it grows bigger and produces new rounds of peppers non-stop in 12 hours of light.
